Register to join us for industryXchange 2025: Energy. This collaborative event, led by the Penn State College of Engineering, will bring together Penn State faculty and graduate students and industry leaders to network, discuss industry needs, and explore energy research opportunities.

- Accelerating Advanced Nuclear Solutions for a Secure, Sustainable Energy Future
- AI and Generative AI in Energy
- Co-Designing Solutions for Energy Infrastructure and the Built Environment
- Technologies for the Future of Energy
Registration Details
Government and Industry
- Fee: $110 per person
- Attend to build relationships with academic researchers, better understand opportunities to collaborate with them, and network with talented graduate students to build a robust talent pipeline.
Graduate Students and Faculty
- Fee: Complimentary
- Network with representatives from upwards of 50 industry corporations. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with those actively recruiting students, discuss your research efforts, and jump start your career.
Poster Session
Session Overview and Format
- Only students and postdoctoral associates are invited to submit a poster.
- Posters should highlight a research project related to energy.
- Size and Format: Posters must be in .PPT format and must be 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall.
- NOTE: Students and postdoctoral associates are responsible for printing the posters on foam boards and bringing it to industryXchange. We will provide easels.
All posters will be judged by our industry and government attendees. Winners will be announced at industryXchange.
Eligibility
Graduate students and postdoctoral associates are eligible to submit a poster.
Awards
The top three posters will be awarded cash prizes.
Deadlines
An intent to present a physical poster at the Networking Reception on May 20 should be submitted by Friday, May 2, to Kristin Harpster, at kmm21@psu.edu.
A soft copy of the poster should be submitted by Wednesday, May 14, to Kristin Harpster at kmm21@psu.edu. Naming Your File: Title the filename of your poster to include “YOUR LAST NAME-PSUID-industryXchange2025." A digital file of posters will be shared with industry attendees after the event for future collaboration.
