Welcome to my Senior Thesis Webpage!

Thank you for your interest in my senior thesis project.

Over the next year, I will be studying the Residence Inn by Marriott to understand its systems and apply my formal education in structural design. By the Spring of 2009, I will have completed my research and hope that my dedication to this project will enrich my studies and better prepare me for entering the workforce as a structural designer upon graduation.

I would like to thank Holbert Apple Associates, Inc. of Olney, MD for their help in securing the Residence Inn by Marriott for my project.

The Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio (CPEP) is a web-based project and information center. It contains material produced for a year-long Senior Thesis class. Its purpose, in addition to providing central storage of individual assignments, is to foster communication and collaboration between student, faculty consultant, course instructors, and industry consultants. This website is dedicated to the research and analysis conducted via guidelines provided by the Department of Architectural Engineering.
