Biography
Dominick Lovallo is a 5th year senior Architectural Engineering student at The Pennsylvania State University. In May 2013, he will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with a concentration in structural design. Additionally, Dominick plans on gaining EIT status after the completion of his degree. For the past 5 summers, Dominick has held an Engineering Scientific & Technical Intern position at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. There, he worked closely with industry professionals and licensed engineers on a variety of projects. The skills and valuable knowledge learned working at the Department of Transportation helped him prepare for his upcoming career as a structural engineer. Looking to the future, Dominick hopes to continue his education, further broadening his knowledge by gaining a Masters in Business Administration. Upon working in the industry, Dominick also plans on obtaining his Professional Engineering license and a LEED AP certification. He hopes to be constantly evolving as the industry changes and looks forward to embarking on his journey as an engineering professional.
