'RESOURCE' Table

The ‘Resource’ table provides pertinent information regarding all the material processors, AGVs, material handlers and transporters. Information regarding the last maintenance performed, the next scheduled maintenance task, the date when it would become available again made available in this table can later be used in a macro-level scheduler, if necessary. Since, this table is not accessed by the simulation when used to control the system, the number of fields added to this table will not affect the operational efficiency of the system. Information regarding the particular resource’s location on a AGV network, when implemented, can also be stored in this table.
