Responsibilities:
- Consult with faculty, staff, and students on their IT needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and copiers
- Manage Information Technology Support for Office 365 suite and all department-supported applications, VPN and networking issues, printer, copier, and conference room equipment assistance
- Communicate with vendors for technology procurement hardware and software, including quotes for computer- and software-related purchases. Always ask IT before purchasing hardware or software because Penn State has contracts with many vendors and may be able to save money
