Architecture


Architecture- Materials such as brick and metal galvalume panels with a Kynar finish.  Interior walls are gypsum dry wall finish.

Historical requirements of building zone- none

Building envelope with roofing system and various types of exterior wall systems- Structural steel frame, interior finish steel studs with gypsum dry wall finish, exterior materials are brick and metal panels.  The metal panels are galvalume metal panels with Kynar finish.  Standing seam metal roofing is galvalume with Kynar finish.  Windows are a mixture of aluminum storefront and curtain wall.  There is a single ply membrane roof over the mechanical equipment room.
