This analysis aims to give the reader backround information about the building, the project team, and some construction issues.

This report's goal is to give the reader an idea of how the project will be built, site logistics issues, and some critical cost items.

Technical Assignment #3 summarizes critical industry issues discussed at the P.A.C.E. Roundtable, identifies two research topics, identifies project problems, and methods to analyize those problems. The report also includes a preliminary weight matrix to show how my efforts will be distributed to investigate these issues.
