Reflection

I actually CANNOT believe that the thesis journey is over! What a challenging year this has been. The second half of the year (spring semester) went by much more quickly than the first, but I guess that's probably standard. The process was long, sometimes grueling, but overall very worthwhile.

One of the things that really separated the two semester's work was the actual timeline and schedule of each section. I am the kind of person who works well under pressure, so making my own schedule (second semeter) was more efficient for me. Even though I ended up having to pull about a week of all-nighters, the process worked well for me.

In hindsight I am really proud and impressed by my work as well as the products of my classmates and colleagues. Going to other presentations and proof-reading for my friends really showed me how much work each option does and how complicated the whole ordeal can be. When I printed off my final copies and saw the sheer physical size of the final product the word "rewarding" came to mind. All in all the project was very valuable to me as a young professional entering the industry because I have a much more developed sense of the integration needed across the board as well as an appreciation for those who coordinate projects like these.
