Technical Assignment 1

Executive Summary

Technical assignment #1 examines if the air handling units of The Gateway at MICA comply with AHRAE Standard 62.1-2004 ventilation requirements. There are three units in the building serving the first two levels and one on the roof serving studio space on levels 3 -9. After doing the calculations it had been determined that all four units comply with ASHRAE Standar 62.1-2004.

Executive Summary

Technical Assignment #2 examines the energy use of the building and its compliance with ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2004.

Technical Assignment #3 is an indepth look at the mechanical system of The Gateway at MICA.
