Senior thesis was an excellent opportunity to utilize materials learned from previous AE courses collectively, explore new design practices, and work on becoming more self motivated to finish a project.
My thesis building was especially challenging for mechanical design due to the behemoth volume of space, numerous construction phases, and lack of information. Nevertheless, by asking questions continuously, mentors eventually directed me to the right direction. I truly believe this thesis is a great final cap to the 5-year curriculum.
CPEP Reflection
The senior thesis Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio allowed me to improve my web page design and maintenance skills. It also served as a great tool for organization and communication through the entire thesis process. In addition, the CPEP site is a great way to provide examples of my work to professionals in the industry.
