Technical Assignment 1
Full Tech 1 Report with Existing Conditions
Technical Assignment 1 along with existing condition describes the building's system in different ways. General project schedule, site plan, and estimate comparison are provided to support the readers' knowledge. Also, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems of the building are articulated for the building systems summary.
Technical Assignment 2
Technical Assignment 2 is more detailed work from what was done in Tech 1. It consists of detailed schedule, and detailed estimates of structural, assemblies, and general cost. Several site layout plannings were integrated from general site plan which include phases of excavation, steel erection, and finish.
Technical Assignment 3
Technical Assignment 3 was developed to be prepared for the final proposal of the senior thesis. This assignment dicusses about current issues in construction industry and how it is affecting my thesis project of the Benner Pike Shops. WIth above two assignments finishes, problems were identified within the project and possible three analyses were drawn up.
