Technical Assignment 1
This technical assignment is designed to familiarize a reader in some detail of the project scope. Included is a site plan, a discussion of the local area conditions of Arlington, VA, as well as information about the client owner, PenRen. An outline of the project delivery is provided, along with a detailed staffing plan for the general contractor, Hensel Phelps Construction Company.

In the following
report, information about the project schedule and costs are presented in
greater detail than in the first technical assignment. This includes a detailed
schedule, a site plan, an assemblies estimate and an estimate of interior
wall costs, followed by a general conditions estimate.

Technical Assignemnt 3 identifies particular problems observed during
the renovation process at the Pentagon. Then a technical analysis describes
these details in a way that leads to the eventual proposal.
