Biographical Sketch

Kevin Engel is a fifth year Architectural Engineering (Construction Management option) student at Penn State University. He expects to graduate in August of 2006 from the integrated BAE/MAE program. Kevin’s other activities during college included holding the 5’th year placement officer position in S:PACE and being vice-president of the Penn State Motorcycle Club.

Kevin spent summers and breaks in the school year working for several construction companies. Most of his practical experience has been as a concreter and steel erector for pre-engineered buildings. However, he spent last year gaining project management experience working as a project management intern on several healthcare and higher education buildings. He was involved mostly in the project start-up and closeout phases.

Kevin’s future plans are to work for a CM company with the intent of gaining his PE license and becoming a project manager with the capability to work on larger projects.
