Breadth Study

Breadth Work Summary

Breadth Topic 1
The first breadth topoc will investigate the construction mamagement concerns of altering the building's structural system from steel to concrete. This includes the impact to the over all project cost, the construction schedule, and general constructability concerns.

Breadth Topic 2
This breadth topoc will investigate what would be entailed in achieving LEED Certification. This would include determining which of the 69 criteria would be more cost effective to achieve and investigating 3-4 of them in greater detail to decern the impact on the building's cost and if there would be any constructability concerns.
