The above report contains building and plant analysis for University Ridge at East Stroudsburg. The building was evaluated using ASHRAE 90.1 and LEED-NC Green Building Rating System v 2.2 in order to determine its energy efficiency and sustainability. Also, TRANE TRACE 700 was used to determine building loads, energy usage, and utility costs.
