Sustainability (LEED) EvaluationFor Current Information about BIM Project Execution Planning is currently at http://bim.psu.edu/Uses/default.aspx Description: A process in which a project is evaluated based on LEED or other sustainable criteria. This can refer to materials, performance, or a process. Sustainability Evaluations can be applied across all four phases of a construction project, Planning, Design, Construction, and Operation. Sustainability evaluation is most effective when it is done in planning and design stages and then applied in construction and operations phase. Model all sustainable aspects of a project throughout its life-cycle in order to obtain the desired LEED certification in the most efficient manner by condensing design analyses into a single database.
