David S. Pottrick Center 4D Model by Jason Reece

This 4D CAD model was developed by Jason Reece to explore the interface of the precast concrete facade, curtain wall, windows, and brick. Through the development of the model, schedule conflicts were identified in the original sequencing plan and revisions were made to improve the flow of the trades, eliminate trade conflicts, and reduce the overall facade erection schedule. The model was developed with Commonpoint Project 4D software.
