Executive Summary
The 400 is a 4 story steel frame condominium complex above two stories of structured concrete parking. This 124,117 square foot complex is owned by Bremerton Waterfront L.L.C., with the architect Mithun Archtects+Planners+Designers. It is designed in accordance with the 2003 International Building Code and a shear wall system due to the increased seismic loading in the Bremerton, Washington area.
