• History – With the original building designed by Phillip Johnson in the early 1980’s, Towers Crescent’s master plan and buildings B and C were designed to incorporate the original building, including the use of the same materials. Johnson’s original design called for 2 more additional buildings, identical to the first. The new design redistributed the square footage from the 2 additional buildings and spread it out between 5 buildings.
• Building Envelope – An open floor plan, balconies, and metal clad roof, like the original design, enhances the main focal point of the pedestrian plaza.
