Executive Summary
University Ridge at East Stroudsburg University is a student housing complex located in East Stroudsburg, PA. It is a $27 million dollar, 10 building, 160,000 square foot complex which completed construction in September of 2005. It was designed by Design Collective, Inc. and GPI Engineering and was developed by Capstone Development.
