|WELCOME TO DANIEL P. DONECKER'S PORTFOLIO
Final Report:
The goal of this report is to optimize the existing design of 35W 21ST Street. Several building systems with evaluated and redesigned in order to add an extra floor to the building without increasing the overall height and effecting the architecture of the building. The following items were addressed:
- Lateral load resisting system
-Gravity load system
-Architectural floor plans
-HVAC system for individual apartments

The Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio (CPEP) is a web-based project and information center. It contains material produced for a year-long Senior Thesis class. Its purpose, in addition to providing central storage of individual assignments, is to foster communication and collaboration between student, faculty consultant, course instructors, and industry consultants.
