Tech Report #1
In Technical Report 1, an analysis was performed on the existing conditions of the North Shore Equitable Building in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. This analysis includes a brief look at the architectural and functional features of the building and an in depth look at the structural systems of the building.

Tech Report #2
In Technical Report 2, analyses were performed on the existing structural system and three alternate structural systems for the purpose of selecting a potential replacement for the existing system. The criteria for evaluation include floor system weight, depth, cost and architectural features.

In Technical Report 3, an analysis of the existing lateral system was performed using a 3D computer model to determine the controlling load case and check deflections, overturning, and member strengths.
