Technical Assignment 1 The first report for my thesis shows some of the existing conditions and scope of work that the building is currently under. Technical assignment 1 consists of a schedule summary, a building systems summary, a cost evaluation, existing conditions site plan, client information, the project delivery system and the staffing plan. This report was delivered as a slide show. |

Technical Assignment 2 In the second technical assignment, I analyzed some key features of the building. This deliverable consists of a detailed project schedule, a detailed structural estimate and an assemblies MEP estimate, a three phase site plan, a general conditions estimate, constructability challenges, and a building information modeling evaluation. |

Technical Assignment 3 This technical assignment is intended to identify problems and possible solutions. The deliverable for this assignment consists of schedule acceleration scenarios, value engineering topics and critical industry issues. There is a second part to this assignment. The second part identifies possible analyses for my proposal. |
