Executive Summary
The Naval Network & Space Operations Command is located as a part of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, in Dahlgren, VA. It is a 75,000 square foot, two-story building, at a cost of $17 million dollars and is set to be completed with construction in October 2006. The architecture and engineering was done by Kling in Washington D.C. Skanska Corp. was the construction management team on the job.
