Final Report
The following report is a culmination of the past year's research and analysis of Eric Mueller's Building, 555 12th Street.
Depth Work performed included a modal response spectrum analysis of a redesigned reinforced concrete shear wall core.
Two breadth topics were also performed and covered two topics: Construction Management and Architectural Acoustics. Cost, schedule and constructability along with a look at open office floor plan speech privacy were researched.
