The proposal is a statement of intent for the Thesis Research. This propsal discusses the intustry issue of Women and Minority Buisness Solicitation requirements for State funded projects. My mian analysis discusses what work will be done to see which cladding system will be best for the building, metal panels, glass or brick. The breath 1 assignment covers adding one or more windmills to the roof of the building to reduce the need for outside power. Breath 2 discusses the removal of a steel joist from the center of the main enterance skylight. These topics will be researched and analyzed and the final preport will be be submitted in the Final Thesis Submission book as well as the end of year thesis presentation.
