Technical Assignment 1
This technical assignment discuses the owner, users, and construction team. It also delves into the construction methods, schedule and cost of the building. Pictures and site plans are used ot illistrate the dialoge and allow easier understanding.
Technical Assignment 2
This technical assignment goes in depth into the schedule and costs of the project. Approximately, a 180 activity schedule was devised, a site layout plan for the steel errection phase, an assemblies estimate for the cladding system, a detailed estimate for the structural system, and the general conditions for the CM Agency were performed for this excersize.
Technical Assignment 3
Technical Assignment # deals with investigating issues that affect the project. Industry issues that were posed during the PACE Roundtable are listed, as well as construction and design issues with the building itself. In this assigment these issues were narrowed down to the main research and analysis points that will be used for the Thesis Proposal and reaminter of the thesis expierence
