Executive Summary
The Hilton Hotel at BWI Airport is a full-service hotel in Linthicum Heights, MD near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport. This 11-story design-build project costs an estimated $27 million for the 277,000 sf hotel. Construction began in June 2005 and is to be completed at the end of October 2006. The Architect is Brennan Beer Gorman Monk P.L.L.C., and the General Contractor is Hitt Contracting, Inc. The Thesis Abstract lists all of the Project Information, Project Team, Architecture, Structural System, Mechanical System, and Lighting/Electrical System.
