Description.
Technical Assignment 1 includes the existing construction conditions and project management issues dealing with Capital One's Lecture Hall. Within the existing construction conditions report, you may find the proposed project schedule, building systems summary, and project cost evaluations. The project management information includes a site plan of the existing conditions, a summary of local condtions, Capital One's client information, the project delivery system, and DAVIS' staffing plan.
The aim of Technical Assignment 2 was to familiarize yourself with cost and methods analyses. This report includes a Primavera project schedule, planning of the site layout, a mechanical assemblies estimate, detailed structural system estimate, and general conditions.
Technical Assignment 3 was a preliminary step towards the research we will be pursuing in the months to follow. Within the report there is a summary of critical industry issues presented during the PACE Roundtable, a research issue that will be investigated in further detail, problem identification of building systems and the technical analyses accompanying them.
