Breadth Work: Mechanical

The first breadth study will examine a more efficient mechanical systems, primarily a mechanical system with thin sections in order to decrease floor thickness as much as possible.

Breadth Work: Architectural

The second breadth study will be a architectural redesign of the 1st floor area on the North side of the building to recess the structural approximately 5'-6" below the ground elevation to meet height limits with the additional floor.
