Technical Assignment 1

 

The Ventilation Rate Procedure from ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2004 was used to determine the ventilation requirement for the Try StreetTerminal Building. This report analyzes each unit's provided outdoor air and and determines whether or not it complies with the standard.

Technical Assignment 2

 

This report includes a plant and energy analysis for the Try Street Terminal Building. The building was evaluated using the LEED rating system for green design and the ASHRAE Standard 90.1. Also included in this report are the mechancial lost rentable space, the HVAC first cost, and an energy analysis discussion.

Technical Assignment 3

 

This report includes an evalution of the existing mechanical systems in the Try Street Terminal Building. Design objectives and energy sources/rates are presented. Summaries from Technical Assignments 2 and 3 include topics such as: design ventilation requirements, design heating and cooling loads, and annual energy use.
