Thesis Abstract
Executive Summary
The Bedford Springs Hotel is a historical renovation which comprises multiple buildings from multiple time periods. The hotel has multiple notable features such as an 18 hole golf course, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, a spa and health care area, multiple gardens, porch and lounge areas, and is encompased by a large forested area for privacy. The construction phases of the renovation is set to finish in May of 2007 and immediately open there after.
