Executive Summary
The Student Services Building at Howard Community College is a 101,000
sqft building located in Columbia, Md. The book store, dining rooms, kitchen,
computer labs, financial aid office, career services and other various administrative
offices are just a few of the necessary spaces housed within this 4 story
building needed to improve student life within this Community College.
