Thesis Proposal
Summary:
Thesis proposal includes two Depth Works and two Breadth Work for Lighting/Electrical Option students. Lighting Depth Work will be redesigning of five selected spaces from Brecht Elementary School while Electrical Depth Work will be designing emergency electrical system to make Brecht Elementray School an evacuation space for the surrounding community. Daylighting Breadth Work will be done in the Gymnasium and Stage spaces to analyze impact of installation of daylighting system "honey comb system" and the output from this analysis will be used in the other Breadth Work, which is Mechanical to calculate heat gains and optimize HVAC system of the same space.
