Dan's Bio

Daniel DiCriscio is a fifth year Architectural Engineering student at The Pennsylvania State University. He will graduate in the summer of 2007 with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering. Dan is currently working at Michael L. Norris & Associates Inc. while enrolled in the Architectural Engineering program.  He has worked there since May of 2005 as a draftsperson and mechanical engineer.  Projects that he has worked on involved: HVAC load and ventilation calculations, ductwork layout, piping system sizing and layout, fire suppression design calculations and pipe configurations.  Dan is also a teaching assistant for AE222 and lab assistant for the Architectural Engineering department.  He started working as a teaching assistant and lab assistant during his sophomore year.  The duties he carries out as a teaching assistant include: teaching students how to use AutoCAD and how to read construction documents, grading exams, homework, and projects.  Dan is also a member of: SSAE, ASHRAE, ASME.  He intends on obtaining a career in the building mechanical engineering field in southern California upon graduating at the end of the summer of 2007 or after the spring 2007 semester.
