Thesis Abstract

The Try Street Terminal Building is a renovation of an industrial building originally constructed in 1910. The renovation of this 230,000 square foot building costs approximately $21,000,000 and is expected to be completed in April 2007. The building will house apartment suites for the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
