This report is an initial investigation into the structural design of Whiteland Village's three residence buildings. Included are descriptions of the foundation system, framing systems, and lateral resistance systems used in the project. Checks of typical framing sections as well as wind and seismic loading calculations are also contained in this report.

This report is a preliminary analysis of alternate floor systems for use in the residence buildings at Whiteland Village. A basic description of the overall structural system is included, as well as more detailed descriptions and sketches of the existing and proposed floor systems.
