- Building Envelope: The main roof consists of 4.5” HR Concrete slab with a 3” metal deck, while the penthouse roof is a concrete slab with a 3” metal deck and rigid insulation. All exterior walls are curtain walls made up of glass and architectural brick. My contact has not yet emailed me back in regards to what type of roof membrane they plan on using.
