Wellington Condominiums has its own similarities and differences with other projects in the construction industry today. Some of the major key points that are analyzed and researched on this project are the contractual arrangements, construction schedule, budget, delivery methods, and any technological solutions applied.

On the Wellington Condominiums project an analysis is performed to understand in greater detail the schedule, structural system, and estimates. With this knowledge a greater understanding of critical industry issues and research become more prevelant.
