FINAL REPORT

This report investigates a redesign of the gravity and lateral systems of the Administration Building

The original system utilizes composite steel beams/girders and braced frames as the lateral system. The proposed system utilizes a one-way CIP concrete slab with moment frames as the lateral system.

A cost and schedule comparison between the original system and the proposed system was performed.

An electrical redesign to limit the number of transformers was performed.
