Full Technical Assignment One
Download in PDF Format
Technical Assignment One Executive Summary
Technical Assignment One is an analysis of the HSS River Building ventilation requirements. ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 was used to determine the required amount of ventilation needed. The results from Standard 62.1 were compared to the actual amounts of outdoor air being supplied and checked for compliance with the standard.

TECHNICAL ASSIGNMENT TWO:
BUILDING AND PLANT ENERGY ANALYSIS
Full Technical Assignment Two
Technical Assignment Two Executive Summary
Technical Assignment Two is an energy analysis of the HSS River Building. ASHRAE Standard 90.1 - 2004 was used to identify minimum requirements for the building envelope, HVAC systems, and lighting and power systems. Along with Standard 90.1, a LEED-NC2.2 rating system analysis was performed to identify whether or not the building could obtain enough credits to gain LEED certification. This report also includes results from a building simulation model reporting annual cost and energy consumption data for operating the HSS River Building.

TECHNICAL ASSIGNMENT THREE:
MECHANICAL SYSTEMS EXISTING CONDITIONS EVALUATION
Full Technical Assignment Three
Technical Assignment Three Executive Summary
Technical Assignment Three is a detailed analysis of the HSS River Building mechanical systems. All mechanical equipments are described and system schematics and flow diagrams help illustrate the processes. Summaries of the ventilation load and annual energy consumption found from past technical reports are also stated in this report.
