The following report presents in detail the analysis and design outcomes of the green roof garden amenity area addition to each steel office tower. this report contains an overview of the as-built project's characteristics and structure and then moves into detailed redesign considerations, calculations and comparisons for the green roof garden addition. Supplemental material such as additional technical information and detailed calculations are provided in appendices.

This report contains a structural depth study of the analysis and redesign RGA's Global Headquarters structure. Investigations into the gravity system due to the green roof garden and into the lateral system under the system change from conventional brace frames to buckling restrained brace frames are included. Two breadth studies are included as well. One breadth investigates the design of the green roof garden amenity space and the second investigates construction concerns such as cost, schedule and logistics associated with the green roof garden amenities space.
