Thesis Research
Core research for this project will be an evaluation of the interaction between Multiple CM's, the Owner, and the design teams. Analyzing the effectiveness of communication between project teams during construction can be critical in order to achieve agreed upon ideas. The lack of interest and knowledge of goals outside of ones own company can lead to poor project completion. Exposing these assumptions and recommending appropriate methods of communication is critical.
