Thesis Abstract
Whiteland Village is a 1,320,000 sq. ft. retirement village
slated for completion in November 2008. The initial phase of this complex includes three five-story residence buildings, a commons building, and a healthcare facility connected by a series of links. Covered parking is provided in the basement level of the entire footprint of this design-build project.
