This report provides a summary schedule, an overview of the building systems, and an evaluation of the project costs using square foot estimating tools. Also included is a site plan including existing conditions, a brief overview of local conditions, as well as information on the client and how the project is being delivered.
This report includes a 158 item detailed project schedule, a site plan for the steel erection phase of construction, as well as a plumbing system assemblies estimate, a detailed structural systems estimate, and a general conditions estimate.
This technical assignment covers critical industry issues discussed at the PACE Roundtable Meeting, the research methodology planned to follow up on a critical issue, a list of several other thesis issues as well as proposed analysis methods.
