Thesis Abstract
Executive Summary
The Baylor College of Medicine Research Tower is an 8 story, 200,000 gsf building. The tower is being constructed
on top of an existing subterranean research facility. The building will have 1 level of space for mechanical systems,
2 levels of animal research facilities and 5 levels of research laboratories/office space.
