Thesis Abstract
Executive Summary
The Eberly Campus Community Center has been constructed to provide the Penn State Fayette campus - a largely commuter campus - with the facilities it had been lacking. Therefore, the center includes recreational spaces in the form of a fitness center, beautiful racquetball courts, two gymnasiums, a small cafeteria, eating area, offices, conference rooms, and a theater with backstage spaces. Please view the abstract for a topical collection of building statistics.
