Technical Assignments
Technical Assignment 1:
Technical report 1 is intended to summarize the existing conditions of the Murur Mixed-use Complex project. The report includes a summarized project schedule, a summary of the major building systems, a project cost evaluation and other construction management topics that will help in familiarizing the project.
Technical report 2 is a more detailed report including a detailed project schedule, and estimate of the structural system and the general conditions, and a more detailed site plan than the one used in Assignment 1. PACE roundtabkle meeting is also discussed in the critical industry issues section.
Technical report 3 has the main points discussed in a meeting with the Murur Mixed-use Complex planning engineer. The topics were, constructability challenges, schedule acceleration and value engineering. My own observations of the features of the project are in the last section of the report
