Thesis Abstract
Executive Summary
The Village at Waugh Chapel - Senior Living Facility III is a 55+ age
apartment complex in the heart of a developing gated community. The structure
is 5 total stories, 4 being above grade. It is approximately 105,000 square
feet and is framed out of wood. The aluminum and brick exterior give it
a traditional residential design.
