Bryan A. Quinn

 

Bryan is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Specializing in the construction management option, he will graduate May 2006 with the broad knowledge in building construction. Bryan successfully completed the Fundamentals of Engineering Examination in April 2004 and hopes in the future to pursue a professional license. 

 

Most recently, Bryan has spent two summers gathering project management experience from his internships with Struever Brothers, Eccles, and Rouse in Baltimore, Maryland. In this capacity, Bryan worked on two mixed-use renovations, the Natty Boh and Gunther Bottle Buildings, in which he was exposed to the challenges of Historic Tax Credits and LEED Certification.

Bryan actively coordinated MEP trades, masonry restoration, selective demolition, and foundations trenching. In addition, Bryan interned with Brehm-Lebo Engineering, Inc. in the summer of 2003. Through Brehm-Lebo, Bryan gained field experience in surveying and structural consulting along with design experience in storm water system design using Best Management Practices.

 

Bryan's career goal is to confront the challenges of the most demanding projects and exceed all expectations through innovative value engineering, and comprehensive constructability analyses.
